I think they should come with the crystal already...

2.4ghz usually comes in stock with the crystals itself and it includes a receiver as well

for the tx and rx can cost u about 150 the cheapest *1st hand
(unless u wan the china ones,which can be intercepted easily for less than 100 *without rx)
